  2. How much do we pay for upgrades?
    • All updates and upgrades are free if your subscription is current
    • We include enhancements that are useful for our user community
    • Unless you ask for a functionality exclusively for only your business
  3. How much is the subscription?
    • Subscription is based on number of user packs
    • Minimum is 10 users and can grow by multiples of 10
    • You can upgrade or downgrade from any quarter
    • You can sign off from us any time by stopping your subscription
    • So it's on us! We work hard to keep you going with us!
  4. Is there an implementation cost?
    • It is an optional add-on
    • Implementation is usually done online which is free
    • If you want on-site implementation service then it is billed
  5. Is there any set up cost?
    • We help you import existing data through XL files at the start of the System
    • Set up cost or decided based on data volume and complexity
    • But it can be waived if client pays for full year subscription initially

  1. Is our data safe?
    • Your data is backed up twice every day automatically
    • All backups are cumulative i.e. all data from day one
    • We preserve previous thirty day backups
    • All backups are securely stored on AWS S3
  2. Is our Website secure?
    • Our website can be access only to SSL
    • Inbound and outbound data are encrypted
  3. Is user Authentication & Authorization available?
    • Only Registered users can login to the application.
    • Every user can be assigned multiple roles by the Admin
    • Roles may be granted or revoked at anytime by Admin
    • If there is no user activity for 30 minutes Re-login is enforced
    • Multiple login by same user is disabled

    • Our Servers are updated almost daily
    • We listen to our customers and are open to ideas
    • We update the software continuously
    • Incremental enhancements are delivered daily
  2. How is software support organized?
    • Support is predominantly online through email and Microsoft Teams.
    • Telephonic support is provided if and whenever required
    • Both free and paid support plans are available
  3. Is ERP Crystal integrated with Microsoft Excel?
    • ERP Crystal accepts bulk inserts in many modules through Excel templates
    • You can download the template, fill data and upload
    • System validates and inserts into the Database
    • ERP Crystal generates all reports in formatted Excel Sheets
    • You can cut, paste, filter, resort, group, do pivots and charts from all reports
    • Certain sensitive reports are password protected
